Within the framework of the integration process of Central and Eastern Europe Countries (CEECs) to the European Union, a certain number of these countries can be integrated in current education and training programmes, thus enhancing exchanges between countries and re-establishing balanced flows between Western and Eastern Europe.

The new situation brings about challenges to take up and especially the need for candidates to mobility to get trained very rapidly to one aspect of the language of the target country (everyday life language, technical language for a specific field or specialisation on a theme, etc). This training must be immediately efficient.
The LELA website offers a tool for identifying and classifying existing linguistic resources. It is divided into three main axes:

• The training offers to the 10 CEECs languages, which are available in France, Italy and Portugal and are provided by universities, public or private organisations, and associations.
• The training offers to Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian and Slovak taught as foreign languages in each respective country.
• The training supports corresponding to the above characteristics.

The Website allows users to chose training offers in their country and then to keep on getting trained in the target country.
